Valentine Cookies and Wishes

Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 package Red Velvet Cake Mix
1/2 Cup (1 stick) Butter, Melted
1 Large Egg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Tub of Vanilla Frosting and some sprinkles

Preheat oven to 375

Combine cake mix, butter, egg and vanilla extract in large bowl.  Blend until well mixed.  Stir in the chips.

Place dough on a sheet of wax paper, put another sheet of wax paper on top and roll out dough until 1/4-inch thick.  Cut with cookie cutter and place 2 inches apart on un-greased cookie sheet.

Bake 8-10 minutes or until set and cookies have slightly soft centers.  Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet before removing cookies to a cooling rack.

Cool completely, frost and sprinkle.  Store in airtight container.
